Yes, every week. The Village is one of the biggest gated communities in the country, and it sits right next door to our Hot Springs shop. We work on both sides of the East Gate and the West Gate.

Why do Village roofs wear out under the trees?
Because the woods stayed. The Village was built into the forest, so pines and oaks lean over most homes. Needles fill the valleys. Leaves pack the gutters.
That debris holds water against the roof. Wet shingles grow moss and rot the deck underneath. Village roofs need a look more often than roofs in open subdivisions.
What roofing work do you do around the lakes?
All of it. Homes on Lake DeSoto, Lake Cortez, Lake Balboa, and Lake Coronado get wind off the water and shade from the trees. That is a hard mix.

How far is Hot Springs Village from your shop?
The Village is close. Our office is at 209 Albert Pike in Hot Springs, and the drive to the gates takes about 30 minutes. That means real crews, not a company driving in from Little Rock or out of state.
